Usage Leaderboard is a public leaderboard and profile site for Codex usage. We collect a limited set of data to operate the service and keep the leaderboards accurate.
Data we collect
- Account identity: GitHub OAuth identifiers (handle, avatar URL, and basic profile metadata).
- Usage totals: Aggregated daily token totals by model and token type, plus derived cost totals.
- Device metadata: A random device identifier and device name (from your host name) used for deduping uploads and troubleshooting sync issues.
- Operational logs: Standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, and request timing.
Data we do not collect
- Prompts, completions, or code from Codex.
- Raw usage log files or command history.
- Private repository contents.
